Delivery & Returns
We only accept orders for delivery by New Zealand Post or courier within New Zealand. Unless we have agreed to a different delivery time with you, we will use our best endeavours to send the goods to you within 3 – 7 business days from the date we confirm acceptance of your order. We will advise you as soon as possible if we cannot do so and will not be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by any delay in delivery.
We will arrange for delivery of the goods in accordance with your delivery instructions. You should therefore ensure that these instructions are accurate and will ensure that you safely receive the goods as we will not be responsible or liable for any loss suffered by you as a result of your delivery instructions.
Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, the goods we sell to you must be of acceptable quality within the meaning of New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. If the goods are not acceptable then you have the right to seek the remedies provided under the New Zealand Guarantees Act
In addition to your rights under the New Zealand Guarantees Act we agree that you may, except for sale items, special orders and pieces of jewellery hand-made to customer specification, return or exchange the goods ordered on the following conditions:
- within 14 days of delivery you notify us in writing of your wish to return the goods
- the goods are in as new condition and are accompanied by proof of purchase and original packaging with all paperwork (such as diamond certificates or watch instruction booklets). As new condition means that the item must not have been worn, the item must be in pristine condition with no damage, scratches or signs or wear (consideration of these factors is at our discretion)
- you pay the return post or other delivery costs for the returned goods and accept responsibility for the safe delivery of the retuned goods (you should therefore return by registered post or by courier or personal delivery to our street address)
- All returns are subject to inspection by us and if we agree to the return of unworn and unmarked items accompanied by the receipt, we shall exchange or provide a store credit. (Sale goods are excluded from exchange). If the item return is as a result of an error we will cover the cost of the return.
We shall meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act where the goods are found to be defective as to quality or performance.
