JFJ – Private VIP Collection Invitation

Terms & Conditions

1. Invitation Period
This private invitation is valid for two weeks, commencing 12:00am 17 April 2026 and concluding 11:59pm 19 April 2026 (NZT). No extensions will be granted.

2. Eligibility
Participation is strictly limited to customers who have been personally invited by John Franich Jewellers and included on the JFJ VIP Client List.
The invitation is non-transferable and valid only for the named recipient. Proof of identification may be required at the time of redemption.

3. VIP Voucher
Each invited client will receive a $2,500.00 VIP Collection Voucher (“Voucher”). The Voucher may only be applied toward the purchase of items specifically listed within the Private VIP Collection, accessible exclusively via the VIP invitation link on the official JFJ website.

All eligible items within the VIP Collection carry a retail price exceeding $7,500.

The Voucher is not valid on any other in-store or online stock outside this designated VIP Collection.

4. Redemption Conditions

  • The Voucher must be redeemed in full within the invitation period.
  • The Voucher may be applied once toward a single eligible purchase during the invitation period.
  • Any unused portion of the Voucher will be forfeited and is not redeemable for cash or credit.
  • The Voucher cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred, or substituted for cash.
  • Only one Voucher per invited client may be used.

5. Exclusions

The Voucher is not valid on:

  • Any items outside the specifically listed VIP Collection
  • Custom orders
  • Layby purchases
  • Repairs or remodelling services
  • Prior purchases
  • Gift cards or charity items

6. Availability

All pieces within the VIP Collection are available strictly while available.
Should a selected piece be sold, no rain checks, substitutions, or additional allocations will be offered.

7. Combination with Other Offers

This invitation cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.

8. Returns & Consumer Guarantees

Purchases made using the Voucher remain subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Where a refund is required under applicable New Zealand law, the maximum refund will not exceed the amount paid by the customer after application of the Voucher.

Change-of-mind returns or exchanges are not available for purchases made under this invitation.

9. Alteration or Withdrawal

John Franich Jewellers reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this invitation at any time, subject to applicable New Zealand law.
